PIO Bistro was founded in 2017 by a group of passionate people, with great interest in food, ingredients, travel & origins, who work with energy and imagination to express their vision with the atmosphere and the dishes created at PIO Bistro. PIO is a place for contemplation, familial gatherings, food tastings and discovery.The team at PIO is aiming to bring creativity and flexibility in the expression of cuisine in Bucharest. While imagination needs order to achieve the righteous balance of taste, ingredients are brought in from local farmers around Bucharest, the familial relationship with the chef, all there to bring back sensations about seasonal food well nurtured and deliciously cooked, to satisfy the gourmet appetite of the city wanderers.
